Jason Brown

Signed as a direct replacement for Rob Ferley in 2009, the former Northants off-spinner initially signed a two year-deal with Nottinghamshire but left the club after just one season having played nine matches in all competitions.

The 34-year-old, who was then released by Northants, took 414 first-class wickets during his 14-year career at Wantage Road having made his debut against Yorkshire in 1996. He was selected for England to tour Sri Lanka in 2001, but only played in one warm-up game.
